About Me

I support young adults, including post-secondary students, managing anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship difficulties. As a Registered Psychotherapist, M.Ed, I also work with adults, including parents navigating their children's mental health or addiction issues. My expertise covers trauma and men's issues. We develop practical strategies together, helping clients find clarity and build resilience.

Approach

Work typically unfolds through steady, practical steps: we clarify what matters, try small experiments between sessions, and track what helps you feel more grounded. In Ottawa or online, in English or French, sessions mix focused skill-practice with space to process difficult memories and reactions. I use acceptance, mindfulness and cognitive techniques to reduce avoidance, sharpen attention, and support values-based choices when trauma, relationship strain or substance concerns are present. This approach tends to suit those navigating school, parenting responsibilities or life transitions who want clear, usable change.
