About Me
Approach
We tend to make sense of ourselves in the reflection of those we are close to and for this reason relationships play a crucial role in how we develop as people and how we make sense of the thoughts and feelings we experience along the way.
On occasion our sense of ourselves can be ruptured. This can be due to a life event or stage of life, or both.
Psychotherapy can be challenging and involves self reflection to identify patterns of relating. It can also be hugely rewarding in offering greater self awareness; improving relationships and life experiences.
My work with you would include a short period of gaining some insight into your particular difficulties, background and circumstances. We would then work together to understand how it is that you are suffering and what might be preventing you being relieved of this pain, in your internal world.
Ask a quick question or arrange a time to meet.

Finding it hard to cope?
I'm registered MBACP & experienced in working with uncertainty, anxiety, low & heightened mood, relationship breakdown/conflict, compulsion & clinical disorders. My practice is based in Muswell Hill & London Bridge & Online.
- You are experiencing difficulties in a relationship?
- You are unsure of the direction of your career or in another commitment?
- You feel at a crisis point (or perhaps you dont)?
- You are suffering from chronic depression, anxiety or persistent anger?
- It is not that clear to you why you feel uneasy, dissatisfied and unable to move forward?
Doubt and uncertainty will most likely be reflected in our work together however, within this, we will create a space to hold your fears & desires. A safe, reliable and deeply thoughtful space, where your emotional life can be given room to explore and develop.
I work psychodynamically. I focus on relationship patterns, unconscious experience and processes, developmental history and what occurs between the two of us, in the room.
As we begin to reflect on your life and experiences, so too will a deeper understanding of your relationships and those you wish to form, be revealed.
Confidently, we can then begin to enrich and strengthen your internal world.
I retain experience and hold particular understanding in these clinical areas:
Depression
Anxiety
Relationship difficulties
Personality disorders
Trauma
Low self-esteem
Stress
Bereavement
Sexuality issues
