About Me

I offer an empathic and caring approach in a tranquil setting, providing a safe space for your therapeutic journey. Here, we can gently explore challenges and resolve past hurts. My focus is supporting your recovery, guiding you to discover inner strengths. Together, we will help you live into your fullest potential with confidence and peace.

Approach

I invite a steady, attentive pace where we notice patterns, name what feels stuck and try small experiments to shift them. In my office in Meerensee, KwaZulu-Natal, we work in English and meet face-to-face in a calm, focused room that supports honest reflection. Sessions blend reflective listening, targeted strategies and brief between-session tasks guided by careful assessment to reduce overwhelm, ease mood shifts and untangle loss or relational tensions. People balancing work, family or transitions often find this gradual, practical rhythm helpful.
