Since then, I have worked in various public health systems and with clinical care for young people and adults in a private practice, using psychoanalysis as a theoretical guide.”

I offer a space for young people and adults to deeply explore their inner world. If you are seeking to understand long-standing patterns or past experiences, we can work together. My psychoanalytic approach provides a framework for making sense of your unique challenges. With experience in public health and private practice, I bring a broad perspective. We will collaboratively foster lasting change and self-discovery.

Approach

Sessions typically unfold at a measured pace, allowing thoughts and memories to surface without pressure. I listen closely and gently reflect links between emotions, past experiences and present reactions, using focused interpretation and space for free association to help you notice recurring themes. Between sessions I may suggest brief reflections or assessments to track shifts in mood and anxiety so our work stays grounded and practical. This approach often suits people seeking deeper understanding of grief, persistent anxiety or mood changes.
