Approach

Therapy can be a difficult journey to embark upon initially. It may feel exposing and destabilizing at times which can potentially evoke feelings of apprehension, self-doubt and mounting skepticism for some. I endeavour to make clients feel safe, understood and protected throughout this process so that they can immerse themselves deeper without feeling overwhelmed.
