Verified

I work with individuals who want to understand themselves more deeply, explore their identity, and cultivate healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. I am trauma-focused in my approach and integrate EMDR, Compassionate Inquiry, and Gestalt therapy to support clients in processing unresolved experiences and emotional wounds. I offer a compassionate, curious, and supportive space where you can safely explore your inner world, connect with your strengths, and move toward meaningful personal growth and greater self-understanding.

About Me

I’m Deborah, a Gestalt psychotherapist with a background in trauma-focused therapy, EMDR, and Compassionate Inquiry. Having spent years exploring human development, relational patterns, and the mind-body connection, I bring both professional expertise and a personal curiosity about what helps people heal and grow. I offer a compassionate, steady space to explore who you are, understand your emotional world, and work through difficult experiences. My aim is to support genuine self-growth, grounded awareness, and greater self-compassion, helping clients reconnect with their inner resilience and personal strength.

Approach

My approach is grounded in three pillars: safety, compassion, and awareness. I provide a spacious, gentle environment where you can explore your inner world with curiosity and allow your authentic self to emerge and unfold. Drawing on Gestalt therapy, Compassionate Inquiry, and EMDR, I support clients in processing difficult experiences, fostering self-understanding, and cultivating more compassionate, grounded ways of relating to themselves and others.
