Ms Deveka Anand

Psychotherapist

An experienced, competent, licensed mental health professional working predominately with children, adolescents, couples & adults.

About Me

I am a Licensed Psychotherapist with extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, couples, and adults through a wide range of emotional, psychological, and life challenges. My work is rooted in empathy, ethical practice, and a deep respect for each individual’s unique journey. I believe therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process. Every person brings their own story, strengths, and struggles, and my approach is thoughtfully tailored to meet your specific needs and goals. I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can explore concerns openly, gain insight, and work toward meaningful change. My therapeutic style is collaborative and strengths-based, focusing on helping clients build emotional resilience, develop effective coping strategies, and navigate transitions with greater clarity and confidence. Whether you are facing stress, relationship concerns, emotional difficulties, or personal growth challenges, I aim to walk alongside you as a supportive and trusted partner. At the heart of my work is the belief that healing begins within—and with the right support, every individual has the capacity to grow, heal, and thrive.

Approach

We envisage to offer best services to our clients by providing a safe haven to address their every concern. We believe that it is very important to take out some time every day to detox and detach from the external stressful environment and seek healing energy within. We, thereby, aim to reengineer and strengthen mental power, which will help develop sense of confidence, contentment, and wellbeing.
