Counseling Psychologist

I am Trauma Informed Counselling Psychologist (Recipient of University Gold Medal) & Founder of Aranya MindCare. I work with a vision to create an ‘affordable’, empathetic & safe therapy space for my clients. Specialising in evidence-based practices to foster meaningful self-awareness & healthy transformations

About Me

I am a counseling psychologist in Delhi, India. I help adolescents, people with anxiety and mood disorders, survivors of abuse, and families. I offer art therapy, relationship counseling, MBCT, and psychoeducation that focus on practical skills you can use.

Approach

Holding the goal of accessible, compassionate care, I guide sessions in small, steady steps so change feels manageable and humane. In Delhi and online I work in English and Hindi/Urdu, matching tempo and language to developmental needs while keeping sessions practical and predictable. Through gentle creative tasks, mindfulness exercises and focused skills practice we open understanding, try new responses in-session and carry brief, doable experiments into daily life. People facing anxiety, mood shifts, relationship strain or past harm often find this rhythm steadying.
