About Me

I am a Narrative Therapist dedicated to helping children and adults find new ways to understand their experiences. If old stories feel limiting or overwhelming, we can work together to explore different perspectives. I guide you to identify your strengths and build resilience, helping you reshape your life's narrative. This collaborative process allows you to discover new possibilities and move forward with confidence.

Approach

By inviting fresh perspectives on the chapters of your life, I help you notice small choices and patterns that open up new possibilities. In Port Shepstone and online in English, sessions are calm and structured, suited to children, adolescents and adults, with flexible pacing to match your needs. We co-create practical story-maps, short experiments and playful tasks for younger clients, and I offer clear, usable feedback to practise between meetings. This way of working often helps people facing transitions, attention or mood challenges, grief or overwhelming anger.
