Donna O'Shea

Psychotherapist (Gestalt)

Meet Donna O’Shea, a compassionate Gestalt Psychotherapist who believes in the healing powers of nature. She supports her clients to find solace and growth through The Great Outdoors as well as 'Indoor' or 'Remote' Therapy. She creates a safe and nurturing space where her clients can explore their emotions.

About Me

As a Gestalt Psychotherapist, I believe in nature's healing power. I support clients to explore emotions and find solace through sessions in The Great Outdoors, indoors, or remotely. This flexible approach creates a safe, nurturing space for you. It's ideal if you seek to connect with your inner wisdom and grow. You might value nature's unique calm, or the convenience of remote therapy. We work together to find your path forward.

Approach

I let the landscape, a quiet room or a screen shape our pace, weaving movement, breath and focused noticing into each session so feelings become more visible and manageable. In Kerry and online in English, sessions can include gentle pacing, short practical experiments and simple grounding practices you can use between meetings. For trauma, grief or burnout we attend to safety and small steps, tracking what helps you feel calmer and more present. This way suits people who want steady, embodied change at a human pace.
