About Me

When depression, anxiety, or relationship struggles weigh on you, I offer a space to explore what lies beneath. I help you understand the deeper patterns at play, paying close attention to your unconscious material, dreams, and fantasies. This approach is particularly helpful if you are navigating life crises or a search for meaning, offering insights beyond surface symptoms. We work together to find clarity and a way forward.

Approach

Exploring what emerges beneath symptoms, I attend to images, dreams and fleeting fantasies as invitations to deeper understanding and change. Sessions in Tbilisi or online, in English or Russian, are thirty- to fifty-minute conversations paced to your rhythm, with occasional between-session reflections or dream notes when helpful. Together we track recurring motifs, feelings and relational patterns, using gentle interpretation and dialogue to make unconscious dynamics more accessible and manageable. This way of working often suits adults seeking clarity during life transitions, anxiety or mood shifts.
