About Me

I support individuals and groups as a Gestalt psychotherapist and social worker, helping you explore experiences with clarity. We work together to deepen self-awareness and find practical ways to navigate life’s challenges. Through online private sessions or immersive Gestalt week(ends), clients discover new perspectives. My grounded, collaborative approach suits those seeking personal growth. Flexible support is available wherever you are in the world.

Approach

Supervision, training and Gestalt weekends inform how I pace sessions: short experiments, clear feedback and careful reflection create space to try different responses. From my base in Treignat, Auvergne I work in Dutch and English, online or during residential days, tailoring rhythm to what feels safe and alive. In sessions we track patterns tied to mood, relationships or past harm, practice new relational moves and agree on small, practical steps between meetings. This way suits people wanting honest, practical exploration and steadier day-to-day change.
