Our truth is often lost to trauma and life, and yet it exists. We each have a gift, and I would like to support you in righting/protecting/navigating your ship to your journey there. The world needs you.

Approach

My approach to therapy is largely Humanistic and I integrate tools from TA, Gestalt, Compassionate Inquiry (Gabor Mate), and the Psychodynamic space. I am also a relationship and purpose coach and have multiple certifications in that regard. Most tools I work with are original to my practice.
