About Me

I offer flexible and tailored Counseling, deeply shaped by your individual needs and desires. As a Trauma Informed Practitioner, I understand how past experiences can impact the present. We work together, always considering your unique culture, family, and spiritual values. This approach creates a safe, collaborative space for you to explore challenges. It ensures our sessions truly fit you, guiding you towards understanding and resilience.

Approach

Sessions move at your pace, shaped by what matters most to you and guided by careful listening alongside pragmatic steps. Whether we meet in Casablanca or online, in English or Hindi/Urdu, I build predictable structure with flexibility to fit family rhythms and cultural expectations. Through focused assessment, reflective conversation and small between-session practices we track mood, patterns around addiction or relationships, and strengthen day-to-day coping. This way of working suits people seeking practical, culturally aware support that grows from their lived experience.
