As a Clinical Psychologist, I help individuals navigate the complexities of depression and anxiety. For many years, I have supported expats and foreigners in Spain, understanding their unique challenges. My approach uses evidence-based therapies, developing practical strategies for managing difficult emotions. As a certified health psychologist, I also offer holistic support for those coping with the psychological impact of physical illness.
