About Me

I help children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigate life's complexities. Using Schema Therapy and CBT, I guide individuals to understand their patterns. We then develop practical coping skills together. For younger clients, play and sandtray offer creative ways to express feelings and find new solutions. My aim is a supportive space where everyone can find clarity and lasting well-being.

Approach

I move from gentle curiosity into structured, collaborative work that balances reflection with practical experiments tailored to each person's rhythm. Based in Sandton, I offer in-person and online sessions in English and Afrikaans, and I set the pace to suit children, adolescents, adults, couples or families. Sessions mix brief skill-building, imagery and symbol-based play with focused assessment and small between-session tasks so change is practised, not just discussed. Those coping with trauma, parenting shifts or relationship strains often find this hands-on, steady approach useful.
