We work at a steady pace through conversations and practical reflection, naming difficult feelings, exploring how choices and habits play out between sessions and trying small changes in thinking or behaviour. I listen for repeated themes in your stories, gently challenge unhelpful habits and support you to experiment with different ways of relating to worry, mood and other people. This way of working tends to suit people who want clear, practical steps alongside reflective conversation.
