Grappling with the complex pain of porn or sex addiction, intimacy anorexia, or betrayal trauma can feel isolating. As a Sexual Recovery Therapist, I understand the courage it takes to seek support. I offer a dedicated space where you can openly explore these challenging experiences. We can work together to understand underlying patterns and develop strategies for healing. My aim is to help you build healthier connections for lasting recovery.

Overcoming harmful sexual patterns happens through a paced, collaborative process that pairs clear curiosity with practical steps. I hold sessions in English for people in Manitoba and via secure online video, so whether we meet in person or remotely the focus stays steady and predictable. In-session we map triggers, make sense of attachment and safety, and rehearse new responses; between sessions you’ll try small, doable experiments to test what changes. This way of working tends to suit adults, couples and groups ready for honest, sustained change.
