Grace

Miss Grace Irvine

Counselor

PLEASE NOTE: I am expecting twins and will be on 6 months maternity leave FEB 2023 onwards. My work is to journey alongside individuals to overcome life's challenges that can hinder all that a person was made to be. I work with all ages and specialise working with children, teens and young adults who are struggling.

About Me

My work is to journey alongside individuals, helping them navigate life's challenges that can hinder their true potential. I specialise in supporting children, teens, and young adults who are struggling. In our sessions, we'll compassionately explore difficulties, finding ways to overcome what holds you back. My aim is to help you rediscover all you were made to be, moving towards a fuller, more authentic life.

Approach

When we meet, you'll notice a steady, practical presence that holds your experience gently as we untangle what feels most pressing. In Tauranga and online I create a calm, predictable space—sessions move at your pace with short, focused check-ins, creative ways to name feelings, and simple tasks to try between meetings when that feels safe. I pay particular attention to safety, boundaries and small, measurable shifts in how you relate to yourself and others. This way of working often suits young people and parents seeking steady support.
