I am a psychotherapist and Affiliate Member in Khar West, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. I support adults facing anger, anxiety, grief, mood disorders, and relationship issues. I provide advocacy, mindfulness, psychoeducation, and applied philosophy during focused therapy sessions.
