I understand that navigating significant life shifts can feel overwhelming. My short-term Counseling helps adolescents and adults explore personal, educational, or career challenges. Through collaborative assessments, we can pinpoint key areas and develop practical strategies for positive change. My aim is to provide clear support as you move through these important transitions.

When change feels overwhelming, my focus is practical and paced so we quickly identify what matters most and make steady forward steps. Sessions, offered in English and Afrikaans in Cape Town or online, move between focused assessment, clear goal-setting and short, action-oriented work that you can try between meetings. I keep things collaborative and time-sensitive, using gentle challenge and reflection to shift patterns and confidence. This way of working suits adolescents, young adults and parents who want direct, achievable change.
