Hello! I'm a qualified Counselling Psychologist & Dance Movement Therapy Practitioner. I look forward to collaboratively working with you. Using the body as a tool to explore manifestations and verbally processing cohesively is something I believe in. Contact via email - atispimarirs@gmail.com

About Me

As a Counseling Psychologist and Dance Movement Therapy Practitioner, I offer a collaborative space where we explore your experiences. We can gently uncover feelings and patterns by using your body as a valuable tool. This unique approach helps integrate insights, making sense of what's held within, beyond just words. It is particularly helpful for those seeking new ways to understand and express themselves.

Approach

Body sensations often guide our sessions: I invite gentle movement, attention to breath and simple gestures to bring feelings into clearer view alongside words. In Chennai or online, in English or Tamil, sessions move at a pace you set — sometimes we focus mainly on movement, other times on verbal reflection, and between meetings I may offer short practices to notice shifts. This way of working helps surface patterns held in the body, clarifies emotions and supports practical changes in relationships, school or daily stress. People who feel stuck in words or want fresh ways to understand themselves often find this helpful.
