About Me

I offer a safe space for you to explore your feelings and experiences. As a psychologist, I specialise in helping individuals navigate anxious or depressive disorders, traumas, and phobias. Using EMDR and psychoanalytic approaches, we can work together to understand the roots of your distress. My aim is to provide practical support, helping you process difficult past events. This collaborative approach helps clients find lasting relief and move towards greater emotional well-being.

Combino escuta psicanalítica com intervenções bilaterais para reorganizar memórias e emoções, oferecendo um ritmo atento às suas reações e limites. Atendo adultos e idosos em São Paulo e online, e posso conduzir sessões em Gujarati quando isso facilita sua expressão. Nas sessões alterno espaço para narrativas e foco dirigido — incluindo técnicas oculares quando surgem lembranças perturbadoras — e proponho pequenas tarefas entre encontros para acompanhar mudanças. Pessoas lidando com ansiedade, luto ou trauma costumam se beneficiar desse método que privilegia compreensão e alívio progressivo.
