Jacob Glover

Allied Professional

I specialize in a person-centered approach, empowering neurodivergent individuals and exploring the unhealed masculine. I focus on resilience building, tailored decision-making, and fostering self-awareness for lasting, meaningful change.

About Me

I am an allied professional with a Level 1 license. I help you overcome addiction, trauma, ADHD, behaviour or conduct issues, and life transitions using art therapy and relationship counseling.

Approach

I guide work through gentle experiments—creative tasks, short decision-maps, and focused check-ins—that reveal how you make choices and where capacity can grow. Sessions happen in English, face-to-face, paced to your attention and tolerance, with flexible between-session prompts when helpful. Using art and relational reflection I help surface patterns, rehearse new responses, and scaffold resilience and clearer decision-making. People navigating ADHD, trauma, addiction or major life transitions often find this practical, steady rhythm useful.
