About Me

I offer support to children, adolescents, and adults, drawing on my background as a school counsellor. My experience includes supervising a university guidance office, giving me a broad perspective on developmental stages. I help individuals navigate life's transitions, offering clear pathways forward. I also welcome Overseas Filipino Workers, providing a safe space to explore their unique challenges and build resilience.

Having supported people through developmental transitions, I move into therapy with structured curiosity and practical pacing, focusing on clear goals we shape together. Sessions in Pasig City or online, in English or Tagalog, balance targeted assessment with conversational check-ins so attention, learning differences, behaviour patterns and stress are noticed and measured over time. Between meetings you'll receive straightforward strategies to try, brief check-ins when helpful, and collaborative review of what shifts.
