Jennifer Biglen

Licensed Clinical Social Workers

I'm licensed in both Maryland and Pennsylvania. I understand how challenges can impact each person differently, and I want to support those experiencing chronic/life threatening illness, anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, grief and loss, relationship changes, life transitions/stressors and exploration of self-identity.

About Me

Life's challenges affect everyone uniquely, and I offer a supportive space to navigate yours. I help individuals experiencing chronic illness, anxiety, trauma, grief, and significant life changes. Together, we can explore your specific experience. Our sessions focus on making sense of feelings and developing practical coping strategies. My aim is to create a secure environment where you feel truly heard. This helps you process changes and find your way forward.

Approach

Knowing challenges affect each person uniquely, I guide sessions with gentle curiosity and practical structure so we can name what matters and what gets in the way. In my Bel Air office or online, we use calming, present-focused practices and brief, doable experiments between sessions, paced to your energy and medical needs. Together we build small, sustainable shifts—new ways to respond to anxiety, grief, chronic illness, or identity questions—so coping becomes more manageable. This way of working often fits those seeking steady, compassionate collaboration.
