I meet with adults and couples in Chicago and online, in English, using a steady mix of practical skill-building and gentle exploration so you leave sessions with something to try. When helpful, I invite partners or family into parts of the work to repair connections and build safer patterns while also addressing trauma, mood, and addiction-related wounds. This approach tends to suit people who want clear steps alongside deeper understanding.
