About Me

I help adults, couples, and families navigate complex emotions and relationship dynamics. Drawing on a variety of approaches like psychodynamic insights and EMDR, I tailor our work to your unique needs. We can explore past experiences or build new coping skills for the present. My aim is to create a supportive space where you can gain clarity and find effective ways forward.

Approach

Work with me often unfolds through respectful curiosity, noticing patterns in relationships and the moments that trigger strong emotions, then gently making them manageable. I meet people in Stirling or by secure online sessions in English, pacing each meeting to your energy and practical commitments. In session I blend reflective exploration with skill-building and targeted memory processing, offering short between-session practices to anchor new ways of responding. This collaborative, measured approach suits adults, couples and families facing trauma, anxiety or relationship strain.
