About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Professional Counsellor based in Nairobi, Kenya. I treat addiction, anger, ADHD, conduct problems and mood disorders. I use art therapy, play therapy, counseling and relationship counseling in confidential, practical sessions for children, adolescents and adults.

Approach

I work using a clinical approach during therapy, which includes; Intake interview/ background intake, appropriate assessments, formulation and execution of a tailored treatment plan and use of evidence-based techniques through the sessions.

I provide both Physical and Virtual therapy sessions. I work with children, adolescents/ teens and adults, as well as provide family and relationship/ couples therapy. I do offer therapy sessions in English and Gujarati.
