Sessions in Nairobi or online, conducted in English, are practical and paced — brief check-ins, focused reflection, and simple between-session tasks to try out new ways of coping. I use respectful curiosity, gentle pacing and small behavioural experiments to work through painful memories, parenting strains or relationship patterns and keep progress measurable and adjustable. This approach suits people seeking steady, down-to-earth change.
