About Me

I offer online psychotherapy and clinical assessment, drawing on evidence-based approaches to support you. When overwhelming emotions or old patterns persist, we can work together to understand them deeply. My aim is to help you develop practical strategies for lasting change. Clients find my structured, yet compassionate, approach helpful. We can navigate complex challenges and find new ways forward.

Approach

I translate assessment findings into a focused plan we refine together, then move at a steady, collaborative pace so sessions feel purposeful and manageable. From Caloocan I offer secure, flexible online work in English or Tagalog, and between sessions I ask for small experiments, brief practice assignments, and simple tracking to test what helps. Therapy combines mindful attention, targeted behavior changes, and reframing of longstanding patterns so progress is measurable. Adults facing anxiety, ADHD, trauma, OCD, or personality difficulties often find this practical, attuned approach useful.
