About Me

I am a Counseling Psychologist based in Annandale, New South Wales, Australia. I help you navigate life transitions, anxiety, divorce, LGBTQI+ issues, and men's mental health. I offer individual therapy, psychology consultations, coaching, and online sessions.

John places a high value on conducting therapy in a way that is flexible and relevant to the unique needs of individuals. John sees the therapist-client relationship as core to the healing process.

John is committed to utilising evidence-based, scientifically effective treatments, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
