Sessions focus on practical, client-led work that addresses what feels most urgent and manageable for you, unfolding at a pace you find comfortable. I meet with people in Johannesburg and online in English, so we can keep momentum whether you prefer in-person or remote sessions. Between meetings I encourage small, trackable steps to reduce stress, protect energy and build skills for personal development, adjusting as we learn what helps.
