Miss Julie Seechuk

Social Worker (Mental Health)

As a therapist, with Ellie Mental Health, I bring empathy, curiosity and compassion into my practice and collaborate with you in achieving your goals. I provide a safe and judge free space for you to be begin your journey towards recovery.

About Me

I offer a truly safe, non-judgmental space where your unique journey towards recovery can unfold. Bringing empathy, curiosity, and compassion, I collaborate closely with you. Together, we explore challenges and achieve your personal goals. We will work to understand your experiences, finding practical steps to navigate difficulties. This approach is ideal for those seeking a supportive partnership to foster lasting well-being.

Approach

Together we translate your experiences into practical steps, meeting in my Timonium office in English where safety and clear boundaries help you feel steady. Sessions move at your pace, mixing quiet reflection, skill-building and occasional experiential exercises; with children I use playful, hands-on activities to open communication. Short between-session experiments let you try new responses to anxiety, grief or mood shifts, while family work focuses on changing patterns and strengthening connection. This approach often resonates for those seeking a gentle, practical path toward lasting change.
