My queer affirmative, eclectic style ensures sessions are tailored to your unique needs. We can explore diverse perspectives together in a welcoming, affirming space. All parts of you are understood here. This flexible way of working supports you in building resilience at your own pace.

Sessions move at your rhythm, combining practical strategies with attention to identity and changing needs across life stages. I work from New Delhi and offer English and Hindi/Urdu appointments in person and online, keeping logistics flexible so therapy fits your routine. Together we use thoughtful assessment, goal-focused planning, gentle experiments between sessions, and regular review to adjust pace when disability, adolescence or ageing shift priorities.
