As a Counseling psychologist, I offer a safe space for children, adolescents, teenagers, and individuals from marginalised communities. My psychodynamic approach helps us explore how past experiences shape present feelings and behaviours. We can work together to understand deep-seated patterns, fostering insight and lasting change. This way, you can make sense of your unique journey and find new ways forward, building resilience and emotional well-being.

Using a psychodynamic lens, I guide gentle, focused sessions that notice repeating patterns and the small moments where feelings show up. In my Delhi clinic or online, in English or Hindi/Urdu, we move at a pace that blends reflection with practical, values-led steps—sometimes using short mindfulness or between-session experiments to anchor what shifts. I track themes that connect past experience to current choices and invite you to try new responses in safety. This way of working often helps adolescents, families and marginalised clients seeking steady, lasting change.
