We can gently uncover patterns and emotions, perhaps exploring inner child healing to understand past influences. My aim is to help you connect with your highest functioning self, offering practical, evidence-based tools for lasting change. This approach suits those ready to bravely face their experiences and cultivate inner peace.

Approach

Holding the conviction that every hurt matters, I create a steady, nonjudgmental space to gently uncover patterns and the stories behind them. Sessions in Kolkata or via secure online video, in English or Hindi/Urdu, are paced to your comfort and often mix focused skill practice with emotion-focused exploration. Between meetings we may use short exercises and mindfulness to track shifts and manage anxiety, anger or procrastination while tending to inner-child material. This way of working tends to suit those seeking compassionate, practical change.
