I am a Registered Psychotherapist in Ottawa, Ontario. I offer a free consultation and individual therapy using psychodynamic and somatic methods. I work with people facing relationship problems, grief, mood disorders, LGBTQI+ issues, and identity concerns.

I work with individual adults and youth 16+. I attend to issues such as complex trauma, relationship issues, anxiety and depression. I work with many Queer-identifying folx as well.
