I help teenagers and young adults navigate life's complexities with an evidence-based approach. My MA in Neuropsychology informs my understanding of their unique developmental stage. I am certified in TF-CBT, offering a focused way to process difficult experiences. My aim is to equip young people with practical tools. We build resilience together, finding clearer paths forward in a supportive and understanding space.
