As an experienced and compassionate therapist, I help adults and couples explore the deeper patterns influencing their lives. We can gently uncover how past experiences shape present challenges, fostering insight into recurring difficulties in relationships or within yourself. My aim is to create a thoughtful, collaborative space for profound self-discovery. This approach is ideal for those seeking lasting change and a clearer path forward.

I offer sessions in English from my Johannesburg practice and online, keeping a measured pace that balances reflection, moments of quiet, and targeted inquiry so themes around loss, transitions or relationship strain can be felt and understood.
