Ms Khushi Jain

Counseling Psychologist

As your therapist, my goal is to not just be there for you but to be there WITH you. I utilize a collaborative and integrative approach to therapy (humanistic-existential, CBT, DBT, attached-based therapy, systemic therapy); and draw from a social-justice, queer-affirmative and trauma-informed lens.

About Me

As your therapist, I truly aim to be there with you, building a collaborative space where you feel deeply understood. We'll explore your experiences together, drawing from an integrative approach tailored to your unique needs. My social-justice, queer-affirmative, and trauma-informed lens ensures our sessions honour your full identity. This approach helps you navigate challenges with genuine support, finding a way forward that feels right for you.

Approach

My aim is to walk alongside you as we untangle what feels stuck, blending emotional clarity with practical steps. I offer sessions in English and Hindi/Urdu from Bangalore and online, creating a calm, predictable space that fits your life. Sessions move between noticing patterns, building skills to manage intense feelings, and exploring relational stories that shape choices; I use short practices and reflections between meetings to keep momentum. People facing life shifts, grief, relationship strain, body-image concerns or trauma often find this balance of reflection and action helpful.
