As a Counseling Psychologist, I support individuals from various backgrounds as they navigate diverse mental health difficulties. Our sessions offer a safe environment to explore challenges and find understanding. To help you make sense of what feels overwhelming, I work with gentle curiosity and clear, practical steps tailored to your pace. In Cape Town I offer English sessions that balance listening with guided reflection, pacing discussions to your energy and focusing on manageable skills for anxiety, mood shifts, trauma recovery and stress. Between sessions I often suggest short practices or reflections you can try and we review what works together. This way of working suits individuals and couples looking for confidential, steady support.
