I work with adults navigating life’s emotional challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, trauma, men’s mental health and the emotional aspects of infertility and postpartum well-being. My approach is warm, supportive and tailored to your needs. Together, we work in a safe, supportive space to break through emotional blocks and reconnect with the healthier parts of yourself.

About Me

I became a clinical psychologist because I deeply value understanding people’s experiences and helping them navigate life when it feels overwhelming or stuck. I understand how isolating it can feel when emotions, stress or major life changes start to take over and I’m passionate about creating a space where clients feel truly heard and understood. I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout and the emotional aspects of infertility, and postpartum well-being. But beyond labels, I focus on the person behind the struggles. Your thoughts, feelings and what matters most to you.

Approach

I take a collaborative, client-centered approach, tailoring therapy to your unique experiences, challenges and goals. I explore how life changes, stress and expectations affect your thoughts, emotions and sense of self. While also addressing how to alleviate the symptoms you're experiencing in every day life. My style is warm, empathetic and practical, combining evidence-based techniques with strategies tailored to your unique needs. Together, we work to uncover what’s holding you back, develop tools that fit your life and create a space where you can feel supported, understood and empowered to make meaningful change.
