Miss Krishnakhi Baruah

Psychologist

A psychologist and Rehabilitation Counselor (child and adolescent) working with adults and children

About Me

As a Psychologist and Rehabilitation Counsellor, I support children and adults navigating life's challenges. I help young people build practical strategies to adapt and thrive, especially after difficult experiences. For adults, we can explore new ways to cope with transitions and cultivate lasting resilience. My goal is to equip you with tools to move forward with confidence.

Approach

Working with both children and adults, I keep sessions practical and paced to your needs, mixing gentle exploration with hands-on activities that make feelings and patterns easier to notice. From my Guwahati clinic and through online appointments in Bengali, Hindi/Urdu or English, we use short experiments, creative tasks and mindful practices between meetings so insights extend into daily life. I collaborate with you and caregivers to set clear, achievable steps and review progress regularly. This style suits people seeking steady, skill-based support.
