About Me

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Bellevue, Washington. I treat addiction, anxiety, and eating disorders. I provide relationship counseling to improve communication.

Approach

We will start with your strengths and go from there. I use evidence-based practices, including Acceptance and Commitment, Cognitive Behavioral, Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral, and Dialectical Behavioral therapies, meaning that research has already shown that these techniques work. I also use play and art therapies.

I specialize in working with disordered eating, teens, families, anxiety and depression. I’m also certified as a Chemical Dependency Professional and am knowledgeable regarding addiction, relapse prevention, and recovery. I offer both in-person and online appointments.


For nearly a decade, I’ve partnered with youth and families to set and achieve goals, learn effective coping strategies, and practice behavioral skills to achieve lasting and meaningful change.
