About Me

I'm an integrative, body-oriented, and mindfulness - centered psychotherapist. My approach is deep, intuitive, and experiental, I help you not just to understand yourself, but to feel the shifts happening from within. Our goal is to allow the wholeness of our being to reveal aspects that have been disintegrated, often due to trauma. Our work is centred on creating a connection with the core of our being - our essence. That is what creates healing and integration. With an MA in Social Work and advanced training in Somatic Psychotherapy, I bring together Somatic and Body Awareness - Understanding and releasing patterns through body's wisdom Mindfulness and Inner Work - Developing presence, self-trust and emotional resilience Trauma - Informend Healing - Creating safety for the parts of you that feel unseen and wounded

Approach

Change often happens when we slow down to notice what our nervous system and felt sense are already communicating.

We do that by inviting small, testable shifts in posture, attention, or breath that reveal new choices. In Copenhagen or online, in English or Croatian, sessions are paced to your rhythm.

Sometimes by tracking of sensations, sometimes exploring dreams or relational patterns through talking, imagination and embodied experiments.
