Lauren Davis

Clinical Psychologist

An experienced and compassionate therapist partnering with individuals to live life wholeheartedly

About Me

I am a Clinical Psychologist licensed in South Africa and based in the Western Cape. I help adults manage life transitions, stress and burnout, feelings of inadequacy, and low self-esteem. I offer coaching, online therapy, psychological and diagnostic assessment, and personal development sessions in a confidential setting.

Approach

I use a combination of theories, methodologies and approaches including: neuroscience; psychodynamic psychotherapy, client centered psychotherapy amongst others.

I provide a space for clients to think and feel their way through their current challenges in a way that enables them to uncover unconscious or limiting beliefs/templates that block them. I support people to move from being passive recipients in their lives to becoming active participants where they can make deliberate choices that enable them to be the best version of themselves.
