I offer a compassionate space where adolescents from 16 and adults can explore their personal development journey. Together, we identify unique strengths and navigate challenges. My approach helps you cultivate lasting growth and build a stronger sense of self. Individual Counseling provides practical insights for a more fulfilling everyday life.

Approach

Sessions centre on curious, collaborative conversation that turns insights into small, doable actions. I work with clients in Cape Town and online, in English, and keep sessions paced to your rhythm whether you’re sixteen or older. We look at behaviour patterns, shifts in mood and practical skills, trying out strategies in session and using brief between-session tasks to strengthen new responses. People who want steady, practical change tend to find this approach supportive and manageable.
