Mi práctica integra reflexión profunda y pasos concretos para generar cambios sostenidos, combinando trabajo sobre sentido y ejercicios prácticos que revelan patrones. Trabajo en castellano desde Buenos Aires y atiendo por videollamada a personas en América y Europa, manteniendo ritmo claro y expectativas compartidas. En sesión solemos alternar exploración de experiencias tempranas con tareas orientadas a manejar ansiedad, dependencias y estados de ánimo; entre encuentros propongo pequeñas pruebas que consolidan lo conversado. Esta forma suele servir bien a quienes buscan progreso definido y manejo cotidiano de sus retos.
