About Me

I am a Registered Counsellor in Modderfontein, Gauteng, South Africa. I help individuals navigate life transitions, adolescent challenges, and relocation stress. I provide counselling in person and online to suit your needs.

Centered on your strengths, therapy moves at a practical, solution-oriented pace that honours your story and choices while keeping goals in sight. In Johannesburg I offer sessions in English or seTswana, meeting face-to-face or online, with clear agendas, gentle skill-building, and focused check-ins that help manage mood shifts, transitions and the day-to-day demands. Between meetings I encourage small, achievable tasks and brief reflections to track progress. Individuals who want collaborative, steady change tend to do well here.
